GlaxoSmithKline: Where’s My Money?
Pay cut of the CEO of GlaxoSmithKline reveals just the way Big Pharma encourages the sales of vaccines.
GSK CEO Emma Walmsley received a devastating 14% pay cut. In 2019 her remuneration was just £8.1 million. Fast forward to 2020 and she received a paltry £7 million.
Why? Glaxo reported that her pay cut was largely down to missing an internal bio pharmaceutical target in relation to the sale of vaccines.
GSK has been overtaken by other big pharma giant in recent years, most notably, AstraZeneca.
AstraZeneca worked together with Oxford university to develop an experimental mRNA injection that has been “successfully” sold to experimental patients in the U.K. and across the globe.
The remuneration for the CEO Of AstraZeneca reflects this. In 2020 he was paid £15.4 million. Quite the achievement for the roll out of a largely untested jab.
True to form big pharma doesn’t like to be beaten. And there’s nothing more they love more than a pay cheque.
Glaxo recently saw the error of their ways in their patent underperformance in the development of a ‘vaccine’ and invested €150 million in a Nasdaq listed firm by the name of ‘CureVac NV.’
Glaxo, playing catch up to to Pfizer, aims to support the roll out of 100 million mRNA doses of CureVac’s CVnCoV jab this year.
Their main aim in the development of a new vaccine is to corner the ‘new variant’ market. Which as I have noted is largely a scam. My previous article outlines that in detail. Fully referenced by The World Health Organisation.
Not one to a miss an opportunity to make her pay cut back CEO of GSK Walmsley said
“We believe that next generation vaccines will be crucial in the continued fight against COVID-19. This new collaboration builds on our existing relationship with CureVac and means that together, we will combine our scientific expertise in mRNA and vaccine development to advance and accelerate the development of new COVID-19 vaccine candidates. At the same time, we will also support the production of CureVac’s first generation vaccines with the manufacture of 100 million doses in 2021.”
This is problem with big pharma. You get a 14% pay cut and all of a sudden you develop the cure all medicine for everything.
